Balmainnnn why are you doing this to mee againnn?!!! Its like Christophe Decarnin (the current designer of Balmain) can read my frickin mind!!! This is the style I try to adopt when I go out- I love short dresses especially 80's style with a good ankle boot. I am having such a moment with ankle boots so much I have recently dumped my trusty black stilletto. If I had tha moneys I would march straight to Balmain, as this is downright sexy dressing at its best. Balmain U doin it well.

Balmain has been on a role for two seasons flat... A/W O8 rocked the catwalk... Sheen Lacy dresses, zip details, long elegant ballgowns but with a rockstar edge. Ankle shoe-boots worn with every ensemble complimenting each outfit... Very Kate Moss, Very Glam-Rock with a feminine and contemporary edge...

To continue, Balmains spring collections did not disappoint!

A strong influence from the 80's including shoulder sequin dresses, ripped jeans, studded heels and again long ballgowns with a raw cut up the front showing your pins. Very Prince, Very Madonna... Very GOOD.

Ripped jeans are set to be this seasons hit for summer... so why not jump on the bandwagon cut up your own jeans...so chic and so NOW especially with the credit crunch! Be like Balmain and team em with high stilettos and a studded military jacket... !
