An adorable Kate photographed by Gene Lemuel in 1989. Sorry for the Kate overload, but she's been appearing in my dissertation quite alot recently which is making it alot more fun! I am currently writing about the gritty 'documentary' realism in fashion photography which photographers like Corinne Day and Juergen Teller introduced in the 90's. I am loving it, as the 90's is my most favorite time in fashion, plus tomorrow I start to write about 'grunge' influences too. I am trying to track down Juergen Teller's shoot with Kate when she has orange hair, which I NEED to post.
